Save The Date For VBS !
June 23-27, 2025
There’s no greater joy than to praise the name of the Lord all day long. But how can kids do that if they don’t know who Jesus is or what he’s done for them? At Wonder Junction VBS, kids will be equipped to answer questions about who God is and what his Word teaches us about salvation. Sign your children up to attend and/or join our team of volunteers! Seniors Praying for Seniors
High school graduation is one of the most pivotal and spiritually vulnerable seasons in a young person's life, with studies showing that 66% to 80% of students walk away from their faith after graduation. This reality calls us to action—and especially to prayer. We believe that faithful, daily prayer, particularly from those who have walked with the Lord for many years, can make a lasting difference. Senior adults at Cornerstone, would you commit to praying by name for one or more of our graduating seniors once a day for the next six weeks? Your prayers can be a powerful force for encouragement, protection, and perseverance in their walk with Christ. Click HERE to sign up and receive the names and specific prayer requests of our graduating seniors.

High School Senior Nominations
As graduation season approaches, we want to honor and support the graduating seniors in our Cornerstone family. If you know a student who attends Cornerstone and is graduating this year, please nominate them so we can recognize their accomplishment, give them a small gift, and commit to praying for them in the weeks ahead. You can submit names by emailing jr@cornerstonechurches.org .

2025 Restoring Hope Ministry Bike Tour
The RHM Annual Bike Tour 2025 will begin this year at Lighthouse Community Baptist Church in Pawcatuck, Connecticut, on Monday, July 21st. This church is located next to the border with Rhode Island. We will begin cycling on Tuesday and arrive in Easton on Saturday, July 26th. Each day, the routes will be designed for riders of all styles and passions for cycling. Parts of the route will be full of hills and challenging roads, while other sections will be flatter and more conducive for the “leisure” riders. Rest stops will be every 10-15 miles, and if you are tired, you can load your bike up there.
We will spend each night in a different church and have numerous opportunities for fellowship with other believers along the way.
We accept cyclists from the age of 14 and above. This year’s ride will be full of adventure and fun. Please sign up with a friend and receive a double blessing; to ride with your friend while being able to ride your bike across Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and into Pennsylvania. We will be riding on many country roads, avoiding larger cities. Sign up today!

Storing Up Scripture
“I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.” Psalm 119:11
Have you ever considered that the Holy Spirit will not mystically place God’s Word in our minds? He does not magically put it in there, but what He does do is this: He pulls it out of our hearts, retrieving it and bringing it to mind just when we need it. A verse that suddenly comes to your remembrance so you can share it at the right moment with a friend who is struggling. A passage that rushes into your thoughts when you are in the midst of temptation. This is the work of the Holy Spirit that He performs in the hearts of His people who have memorized God’s Word. So join us in our Storing Up Scripture Campaign as we embark on a yearlong, churchwide journey to store up God’s Word. Each month we will memorize a passage of Scripture that goes along with our sermon series. Pick up your bookmark that has all the scripture passages, keep it in your bible for reference, and join our Facebook group for accountability and encouragement. We are confident that you will experience the living and active power of God’s Word in far greater ways than ever before. Join us in memorizing scripture!
May Scripture :
And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell. Are not two sparrows sold for a penny?[b] And not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows. So everyone who acknowledges me before men, I also will acknowledge before my Father who is in heaven, but whoever denies me before men, I also will deny before my Father who is in heaven. -Matthew 10:28-33
